Reflecting on your your values, your hobbies, and interests, and what’s on your mind, is a great way to articulate what’s important for someone to know about you.

This is a great activity for introductions and to help family members get to know each other on a deeper and more authentic level by focusing on the stuff that really matters to them.

Instructions

  1. Consider your landscape. Reflect on your landmarks (trees and mountains), what’s the weather like (clouds)? Use the prompts on the worksheet to guide you.
  2. 
Fill in the blanks of a “mad lib” about yourself, using what you’ve written about your landscape to help you.
